More intense the faith and the effort, closer the goal.
The degree of faith varies in each person. For some, it is mild that you put in some effort here and there, maybe on some weekends. For others it is very intense, as in Olympic effort. They think of it night and day. There is no doubt in your mind, that this means a lot to you. You go for the gold. The effort follows the faith and hence the result is directly proportional to the faith one has.

samvega – vehemence, sam + root word vij is ‘to be agitated’
āsannah – near, obtained
